About the role
- Responsible for SCCM as a subject matter expert for Windows operating systems.
- Knowledgeable of JAMF that manages Apple Endpoint systems.
- Perform research, conduct assessments, recommend solutions, and implement enhancements.
- Maintain, administer, and troubleshoot high level endpoint issues related to endpoint technologies.
- Provide level 3 IT support for users and level 2 IT staff while adhering to SLAs.
- Administer and maintain SCCM systems, software deployment, and images.
- Support the roadmap for team projects focused on rolling out new endpoint solutions and enhancing management infrastructure.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5+ years working directly with rollout and management of endpoints.
- Knowledge of Linux is a plus.
- Knowledge of endpoint backup solutions.
- Knowledge of Networking technologies (Cisco, Meraki and PaloAlto firewalls) with regards to endpoint impact.
- Basic knowledge on administering and maintaining LAN/WAN hardware and systems.
- Strong written and verbal business communication skills.
