About the role

- Document IT operational workflows and maintain our self-help knowledge bases.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in IT support or a user helpdesk role
- Strong experience with Microsoft Windows/Server, iOS and networking, as well as Microsoft 365 products, Active Directory and ticketing systems
- Scripting knowledge with PowerShell is a plus
- You enjoy working in a team, are personable, communicative and reliable, and contribute to a positive working atmosphere
