About the role

  • Responsible for 1st and 2nd level IT support and for handling incidents on-site and remotely.
  • Manage user, permissions and mailbox administration as well as inventory and asset management.
  • Responsible for the installation, administration and maintenance of Windows and iOS endpoints.
  • Document IT operational workflows and maintain our self-help knowledge bases.

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in IT support or a user helpdesk role
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Windows/Server, iOS and networking, as well as Microsoft 365 products, Active Directory and ticketing systems
  • Scripting knowledge with PowerShell is a plus
  • You enjoy working in a team, are personable, communicative and reliable, and contribute to a positive working atmosphere
