Responsible for 1st and 2nd level IT support and for handling incidents on-site and remotely.
Manage user, permissions and mailbox administration as well as inventory and asset management.
Responsible for the installation, administration and maintenance of Windows and iOS endpoints.
Document IT operational workflows and maintain our self-help knowledge bases.
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in IT support or a user helpdesk role
Strong experience with Microsoft Windows/Server, iOS and networking, as well as Microsoft 365 products, Active Directory and ticketing systems
Scripting knowledge with PowerShell is a plus
You enjoy working in a team, are personable, communicative and reliable, and contribute to a positive working atmosphere
