About the role
- Senior IT Business Analyst overseeing technology projects and liaising with clients for improvements. Involves project tracking and proposal of innovative solutions in hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee technology projects with vendors and provide status reports;
- Propose innovative and secure solutions;
- Develop and validate business requirements and guide the creation of test plans;
- Collaborate with business areas, providing guidance and direction;
- Support the internal IT team or external consultancies with functional insights;
- Prepare functional documentation and ensure the quality of deliverables;
- Work in close partnership with various departments and roles;
- Play a key role in the transition and training of the IT operations team;
- Be responsible for projects in concept phase as well as approved projects, ensuring scope compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field;
- Knowledge of ERPs and integrations (SAP knowledge is a plus);
- Proven experience in system implementations;
- Experience with the Waterfall project management methodology;
- Experience gathering requirements and preparing functional specifications;
- Experience developing and executing test plans and regression testing;
- Knowledge of cutover planning;
- Analytical profile with the ability to propose solutions and lead projects;
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
