About the role

  • Alternatives Content Management Analyst developing and maintaining sales content for Mercer. Driving operational excellence and collaboration across teams with a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities

  • Own, develop and maintain slide content for sales
  • Ensure sales content aligns with RFP content
  • Translate strategy into actionable plans and supports performance
  • Oversee operational execution, provide business understanding, and facilitate collaboration with all stakeholders
  • Make sales collateral accessible to different stakeholders and client segments
  • Execute the day-to-day administration of content, managing content repositories and libraries, monitoring content metrics and analytics, and managing compliance and quality standards
  • Own the implementation tools/technology and bring new ideas

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Resourceful and proactive, with confidence in seeking out information independently
  • Familiarity with the Seismic platform
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
