About the role

  • Effectively manage projects demonstrating the ability to understand the technical aspects of the business
  • Work closely with senior management to develop metrics dashboard
  • Assist with collection of periodic client data for management metrics reporting
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years of project management experience within the financial services
  • Application of agile methodologies required
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Familiar with insurance concepts, practices and procedures
