About the role

  • Provide Level 1 & 2 Help Desk (PC Assist) support to senior management, attorneys, support staff, contractors, and associated systems for EOUSA
  • Backup/Restoration administration and File Server support
  • User account and mailbox administration and maintaining account management forms per government policy
  • Software/hardware installation and handheld device support
  • Remote user setup, support, and troubleshooting
  • Produce reports, trending analysis, and service level reporting applying ITIL best practices
  • Maintain IT inventories and record IT-related tickets and incident work-log entries
  • Provide desk-side training on standard desktop applications and research databases
  • Set up and support conference and training rooms including audio/video systems, A/V distribution, microphones, amplifiers, encrypted wireless microphone systems, and digital recording
  • Utilize Adobe Connect and other online meeting applications to support hardware setup, audio mixing, webcam setup, and facilitate/record online meetings
  • Submit weekly status reports and monthly surveys

Requirements

  • One year or more Adobe Connect or related online meeting center set-up experience
  • ITIL Foundations certification (advantageous)
  • Change Management experience (advantageous)
  • Active DOD clearance of Level 6 Public Trust or above (advantageous)
  • Backup/Restoration administration/support
  • File Server support
  • User Account/Mailbox administration
  • Software and hardware installation
  • Handheld device installation/troubleshooting/support
  • Remote user setup/support/troubleshooting
  • End-user training experience
  • Experience creating procedural documentation, spreadsheets, and databases
  • Experience recording and updating IT-related tickets and incident work-logs using ITIL
