Responsibilities
- Responsible for configuration of Jupiter’s Generation Management System
- Supporting the startup of the Energy Storage only, Generation Management System
- Training and developing other Jupiter employees who will operate the GMS and control the generation assets
- Collaborating to bridge gaps and roles as the team builds technology capabilities
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the power generation industry
- Engineering or Computer Science degree
- Experience with Generations Management, Energy Management, or distribution SCADA
- Familiarity with ERCOT protocols and practices
- Experience in software development or light coding
- Ability to document and design
