About the role

  • Architect, plan, and drive integrated partner marketing programmes across the full marketing mix
  • Build and roll out strategic campaigns and programmes aligned with business objectives and measurable outcomes
  • Empower and enable regional marketing to execute programmes locally while maintaining global oversight, integration, and continuous improvement
  • Work closely with industry and corporate marketing teams to design, build, and integrate globally consistent, locally adaptable partner marketing programmes and campaigns
  • Roll out campaign and event toolkits, enabling effective local execution and adaptation
  • Develop and implement multi-channel communication strategies for market, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Oversee end-to-end programme planning, budgeting, and performance tracking
  • Own rollout and adoption of partner enablement programmes across channels (in-person, online, Quantexa Community)
  • Lead partner integration across activities at QuanCon (annual customer event), including sponsorships, sessions, content creation, and executive interactions
  • Organise and execute the executive Partner Advisory Board (PAB) during QuanCon
  • Analyse and report on programme performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement in integrated partner marketing

Requirements

  • Significant background in B2B marketing
  • Solid understanding of partner marketing
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing programmes and campaigns
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
  • Experience in communications within the technology industry is highly desirable
