About the role
- Advise clients in the financial sector on complex financial risk and compliance challenges
- Support banks, insurers, and asset managers in strengthening their risk frameworks, models, and governance
- Work with large and complex financial data sets to detect and prevent unauthorized activities such as money laundering, fraud, and sanctions violations
- Develop and validate GenAI models
- Utilize machine learning to enhance Anti-Financial Crime capabilities
- Identify emerging risk patterns, improve transaction monitoring, and support regulatory compliance
Requirements
- PhD or Master's degree in Mathematics, Quantitative Finance, Physics, Econometrics, Computer science or Engineering
- 1-4 years of experience in quantitative projects
- Advanced programming skills in e.g Python and Spark
- High degree of creativity, adaptability, and sociability
- Experience in creating NLP and LLM pipelines is a plus
- Regulatory knowledge (e.g. AI act, wwft) and experience in the financial sector is preferred.
