Responsibilities
Advise clients in the financial sector on complex financial risk and compliance challenges
Support banks, insurers, and asset managers in strengthening their risk frameworks, models, and governance
Work with large and complex financial data sets to detect and prevent unauthorized activities such as money laundering, fraud, and sanctions violations
Develop and validate GenAI models
Utilize machine learning to enhance Anti-Financial Crime capabilities
Identify emerging risk patterns, improve transaction monitoring, and support regulatory compliance
Requirements
PhD or Master's degree in Mathematics, Quantitative Finance, Physics, Econometrics, Computer science or Engineering
1-4 years of experience in quantitative projects
Advanced programming skills in e.g Python and Spark
High degree of creativity, adaptability, and sociability
Experience in creating NLP and LLM pipelines is a plus
Regulatory knowledge (e.g. AI act, wwft) and experience in the financial sector is preferred.
