Responsibilities
- Bank account control and reconciliation
- Data entry in Conta Azul and Omie
- Issuing invoices and handling collections
- Monitoring cash flow
- Preparation of monthly financial reports and client performance indicators
- Organizing financial documentation
- Communicating with clients via email and WhatsApp
- Recording payments in the banking system
Requirements
- Degree or technical diploma in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, or related fields
- Advanced Excel (required)
- Experience with financial systems (Conta Azul, Omie, or similar)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Hands-on, proactive, and organized profile
- Experience with Financial BPO (preferred)
- Knowledge of Accounting (preferred)
- Analytical mindset and results-oriented (preferred)
