Responsibilities
Perform administrative and financial support tasks, ensuring organization and efficiency in processes.
Provide service to parents, guardians, and internal clients, offering support and answering questions.
Execute financial routine activities, including billing processes, preparation and review of financial reports, and identify low- to medium-complexity improvements to optimize workflows.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures, delivering prompt and effective responses to requests.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree in Administration or a related field;
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Availability to work Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:48 in a hybrid work arrangement.
Experience in the Finance department is a plus;
Familiarity with the Lyceum academic system;
Knowledge of the education sector;
