About the role

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets
- Perform variance analysis, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making processes
- Demonstrate pro-active initiative by seeking out new tasks and projects when current workload is complete
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and provide recommendations for cost optimization and revenue enhancement
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations
- Support the annual budgeting and long-term planning processes
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide analysis to track financial performance and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with business partners to develop financial models for new initiatives and evaluate investment opportunities
- Own the monthly and quarterly commissions process, from data pulls and validations through final payouts and distribution
- Support the design and modeling of annual and quarterly compensation plans, including quota-setting and cost modeling
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a corporate setting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (gsheets and gslides)
- Experience with financial systems and tools Netsuite, Anaplan, and Tableau preferred (or other e.g., ERP, Hyperion, etc)
