Responsibilities
Support the EMEA Finance operations, supporting the Finance Director for EMEA.
Provide interpretation and insight into drivers of performance and results.
Contribute to evaluation and recommendations of business strategies, opportunities, and proposals.
Assist with pricing and commercial practices and policies development.
Provide the lead in preparation and providing insights to management (MBR, budget, forecast and QBR’s.) and board reporting.
Work with stakeholders to prepare deal sheets for new opportunities and contract renewals.
Provide commentary and overview of monthly and periodic performance, as well as for forecasts, strategy, and plan.
Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders across the Group.

5+ years of combined accounting and finance experience in senior positions
A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel - experience using and/or building financial models
Experience of working in a Technology or Professional Services business
Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS and procedures
Ability to understand complex business issues and deal with ambiguity, incomplete information and business decisions involving material financial sums.
Reflective and learning mindset, with the ability to self-analyse, seek feedback from others and learn from outcomes or processes that turn out differently (good or bad) from that expected.
An accounting qualification such as ACA or CIMA
