About the role

  • Senior Field Marketing Manager leading marketing initiatives for a global cloud solutions company. Designing campaigns and managing projects to drive growth in Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across inbound and outbound channels to support pipeline growth
  • Collaborate with the local Enterprise Sales team to align marketing initiatives with business priorities
  • Plan, organize, and execute digital and in-person events that elevate brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Identify and develop new marketing opportunities based on customer, partner, and sales insights
  • Manage marketing projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and measurable ROI
  • Localize content and marketing materials to fit the German market
  • Analyze and report campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of B2B marketing experience in a high-tech environment
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German (verbal, written, and visual)
  • Strong experience in event management and customer engagement at the enterprise level
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, and ideally Workfront
  • Experience in HR software or SaaS solutions is a strong plus
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously, balancing strategy and execution
  • Passionate about AI in marketing and eager to explore innovative approaches to demand generation
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude and strong project management skills.
