Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across inbound and outbound channels to support pipeline growth
Collaborate with the local Enterprise Sales team to align marketing initiatives with business priorities
Plan, organize, and execute digital and in-person events that elevate brand awareness and customer engagement
Identify and develop new marketing opportunities based on customer, partner, and sales insights

Analyze and report campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of B2B marketing experience in a high-tech environment
Proven expertise in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns
Excellent communication skills in English and German (verbal, written, and visual)
Strong experience in event management and customer engagement at the enterprise level
Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, and ideally Workfront
Experience in HR software or SaaS solutions is a strong plus
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously, balancing strategy and execution
Passionate about AI in marketing and eager to explore innovative approaches to demand generation
Collaborative mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude and strong project management skills.
