About the role

  • Business Marketing Director at Uphold developing B2B marketing strategies and driving lead generation in the fintech sector. Collaborating with sales and executive teams to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs and help shape selling efforts with key tools (e.g. Sales Decks, Videos, One Pagers) to help shape a successful Sales Process
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive, measurable B2B marketing plan aligned with overall business goals and objectives
  • Drive lead generation through various marketing channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, social, events, and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
  • Develop and implement campaigns that generate quality leads and contribute to revenue growth
  • Develop & execute a lead nurture strategy, with a structured process of engaging prospects over time with personalized, value-driven touch points until they’re ready to convert
  • Leverage various channels such as blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and industry events to position the company as a trusted advisor
  • Create and lead an analyst relations program to include Uphold in key published papers and analyses
  • Lead the event planning process for conferences whereby Uphold acts as sponsor to drive branding and sales support
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Use marketing analytics tools to measure key metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management to demonstrate the effectiveness and ROI of marketing activities
  • Define and strengthen the company's B2B brand identity
  • Understand Uphold Enterprise Competitive landscape and offer recommendations on how to best position the company

Requirements

  • 8+ years in business marketing (i.e., B2B Marketing)
  • Industry experience in crypto, blockchain
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing measurable B2B marketing strategies that drive revenue growth
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • A master's degree is preferred.
