Own event logistics and operations, including budgets, vendor management, venue sourcing, booth design, shipping, and supporting marketing collateral.
Develop communication strategies to promote events, boost attendance, and maximize engagement across channels.
Collaborate with Business Unit Marketing Directors and Sales to align event strategies with business goals, focusing on ROI and lead generation.
Ensure brand consistency across all event touchpoints and marketing communications.
Measure and report performance, creating post-event reports with KPIs tied to ROI, pipeline influence, and customer engagement.
Drive innovation by staying up to date with event marketing trends, particularly in the tech and AI space, and bringing forward fresh ideas to enhance our strategy.
Support virtual event delivery, including webinars and online conferences, ensuring high-quality experiences for attendees.
Manage onsite event execution and travel as required (up to 30%).
Requirements
36 years of hands-on event marketing experience (SaaS, technology, or related industries preferred).
CMP or PMP a bonus.
Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.
Comfort with event logistics platforms and project management tools (experience with Skyline preferred, Jira a bonus).
Results-oriented with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Willingness to travel up to 30% for events.
