- Preventieadviseur responsible for safety and wellness in Groupe Etam retail locations. Supporting shop managers and conducting risk analyses across multiple stores.
Responsibilities
- Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses in de winkels van Groupe Etam
- Opstellen, opvolgen en actualiseren van preventie- en veiligheidsplannen
- Adviseren van store managers en medewerkers over veiligheid, ergonomie en welzijn
- Coördineren en organiseren van opleidingen en sensibilisatieacties (brandveiligheid, EHBO, ergonomie…)
- Rapporteren, analyseren en opvolgen van incidenten en bijna-ongevallen
- Toezien op de naleving van de wettelijke verplichtingen inzake preventie
Requirements
- Minstens in het bezit van het certificaat Preventieadviseur Niveau 3 (Niveau 2 is een plus)
- Bachelor of relevante ervaring in preventie/veiligheid is een troef
- Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans
- Sterk in organisatie, planning en communicatie
- Autonoom, nauwkeurig en hands-on ingesteld
- Ervaring in retail is een plus
- Bereid tot regelmatige verplaatsingen tussen winkels
