About the role
- Responsible for recruiting, training, educating, motivating and maintaining National and Regional Broker Partners to sell, service and conserve business
- Contribute to effective relationships between the producers and Home Office departments
- Help analyze markets and formulate recruiting programs
- Meet or exceed assigned production plan
- Provide training and ongoing development of producers in assigned area
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Life & health licensing required (if not currently licensed, licensing must be obtained upon hire)
- 3-5+ years of sales and/or account management in the voluntary benefits, employee benefits, and/or ancillary space
- A broker network in Houston is a requirement of the role
- Ability to travel 2-3 days per week throughout Austin, Houston, and San Antonio
