About the role

  • Responsible for recruiting, training, educating, motivating and maintaining National and Regional Broker Partners to sell, service and conserve business
  • Contribute to effective relationships between the producers and Home Office departments
  • Help analyze markets and formulate recruiting programs
  • Meet or exceed assigned production plan
  • Provide training and ongoing development of producers in assigned area

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Life & health licensing required (if not currently licensed, licensing must be obtained upon hire)
  • 3-5+ years of sales and/or account management in the voluntary benefits, employee benefits, and/or ancillary space
  • A broker network in Houston is a requirement of the role
  • Ability to travel 2-3 days per week throughout Austin, Houston, and San Antonio
