About the role
- Consultant supporting SAP Document Management Systems within Syntax's comprehensive technology solutions for businesses. Focused on incident handling and continuous improvement in SAP environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd level SAP application support in the area of DMS and connected modules
- Work with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) to track, analyze, and resolve incidents
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve functional and technical issues
- Assist in SAP customizing and transport coordination related to DMS functionalities
- Support archiving and content management processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency
- Participate in testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities
- Continuously expand your SAP knowledge, especially in S/4HANA and cloud environments

- Basic understanding of SAP customizing and transport management
- First Knowledge of document format interface handling
- First Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud technologies
