Responsibilities
Provide 1st and 2nd level SAP application support in the area of DMS and connected modules
Work with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) to track, analyze, and resolve incidents
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve functional and technical issues
Assist in SAP customizing and transport coordination related to DMS functionalities
Support archiving and content management processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency
Participate in testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities
Continuously expand your SAP knowledge, especially in S/4HANA and cloud environments
Requirements

Understanding of relevant SAP modules (e.g., PLM, MM, PM, FI, SD) at least one, more would be a bonus
Experience with SAP S/4HANA (Private/Public Cloud) would be a bonus
Basic understanding of SAP customizing and transport management
First Knowledge of document format interface handling
First Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud technologies
