About the role

  • Reporting to the Vice President, Finance and IT, the incumbent serves as the architect of digital change and a strategic leader.
  • Lead modernization and integration projects for digital solutions and artificial intelligence.
  • Define and implement an ambitious technology strategy aligned with business objectives and governance principles.
  • Assess feasibility and the value of innovative projects.
  • Oversee digital transformation by developing research and development programs.
  • Act as a catalyst for innovation by integrating AI and emerging technologies into the organizational strategy.
  • Define and implement a robust IT governance framework.
  • Lead business continuity and crisis management strategy.
  • Provide positive, inspiring leadership that promotes accountability, collaboration, and professional development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business analytics or a related discipline.
  • Deep knowledge of IT governance frameworks (COBIT, ISO 27001, ITIL, etc.).
  • Excellent command of French, both written and spoken.
  • Working knowledge of English.
  • Minimum of 10 years of significant IT experience, including at least 5 years managing multidisciplinary teams and transformation and innovation projects.
  • Proven experience in IT governance, digital transformation, and cybersecurity management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in budget management, administration of hybrid infrastructures (cloud and on-premise servers), and negotiating with strategic vendors.
