Responsibilities
Merchant Visibility & Differentiation Build and scale frameworks to showcase top merchants in-app and offsite (social, influencer, search, OOH, co-marketing).
Unified Merchant Growth Engine Replace fragmented, manual processes with standardized frameworks for identifying and supporting “top merchants.”
Enterprise Merchant Marketing & National Reach Lead quarterly co-branded activations with top enterprise merchants to expand national reach.
Merchant-Led Growth Channels Equip merchants with co-marketing frameworks, toolkits, and training to independently amplify their Grubhub storefronts.
Bold Merchant Campaigns Develop and launch marquee campaigns that celebrate exclusives, best supply, and cultural food moments.
Requirements
12–15+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or partnerships, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record building scaled marketing programs that balance national reach with local impact.
Deep experience partnering with enterprise brands, negotiating marketing commitments, and executing co-branded activations.
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate company goals into bold, practical, scalable plans.
Strong cross-functional leadership across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Operations.
Data-driven approach with comfort using insights to shape strategy and measure impact.
Exceptional people leadership skills: proven success building, mentoring, and elevating high-performing teams.
