Responsibilities
Play a pivotal role in shaping our wound care strategy across some of the biggest brands in AWM
Motivate and lead the global marketing team and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive growth and innovation
Lead the strategic development and portfolio management of the ALLEVYN range and LEAF for pressure injury prevention
Ensure clear direction for brand, NPD, product, category and market access development
Oversee the effective delivery of brand strategy and appropriate downstream marketing programs
Build clear understanding of key dynamics including clinical trends and payer landscape that shapes AWC strategy
Collaborate with Downstream teams/Business Unit leaders in execution of global strategy
Champion the need and oversee the process for robust intelligence on market dynamics
Lead market development opportunities through to business case approval
Partner strategically with key opinion leaders, patient organization leaders, and end users
Assess the brand health and define the brand and commercial needs
Requirements
Degree in either a business, medical or science discipline is required
Post graduate qualification in business or marketing desirable
Driving license required for business travel
At least 10 years of experience in commercial roles in Medical Devices
Positive track record of direct influence to results
Demonstrable growth in seniority
Substantial experience in a related marketing/ commercial role including new product commercialisation
Working experience in both upstream and downstream marketing (and ideally including sales experience)
Previous experience in a regional or global marketing role is preferred
International travel required (up to 40%) as well as frequent travel to other UK sites
