About the role

  • Work with the Head of Performance Marketing and a team of channel specialists to develop and execute a comprehensive global Paid Search and App strategy
  • Be hands-on in our accounts, optimising complex, high-spending global programs across Google Ads (Search & UAC) and Apple Search Ads (ASA)
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and innovations in Paid Search, App, and digital marketing
  • Design and execute A/B and incrementality tests across campaigns to drive continuous learning and performance improvement
  • Use enterprise analytics tools (e.g. Looker) to analyse performance and identify insights
  • Build and maintain clear dashboards and performance reports for internal teams and senior stakeholders
  • Partner closely with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to develop technical solutions that improve campaign efficiency and scalability
  • Support in setting and managing a large, global annual budget
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Google Ads (Search, UAC) and Apple Search Ads (ASA) campaigns
  • Experience with automation, scripts, and ad platform APIs is a strong plus
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, comfortable working independently with data to inform strategic and tactical decisions
  • Proven track record in managing complex, high-spending global search and app programme - ideally within e-commerce, technology, or marketplace environments
  • Strong communicator with curiosity and ambition to continuously improve. Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Proactive problem solver who takes ownership and drives measurable results.
