Work with the Head of Performance Marketing and a team of channel specialists to develop and execute a comprehensive global Paid Search and App strategy
Be hands-on in our accounts, optimising complex, high-spending global programs across Google Ads (Search & UAC) and Apple Search Ads (ASA)
Stay up to date with the latest trends and innovations in Paid Search, App, and digital marketing
Design and execute A/B and incrementality tests across campaigns to drive continuous learning and performance improvement
Use enterprise analytics tools (e.g. Looker) to analyse performance and identify insights
Build and maintain clear dashboards and performance reports for internal teams and senior stakeholders
Partner closely with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to develop technical solutions that improve campaign efficiency and scalability
Support in setting and managing a large, global annual budget
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
Requirements
3–5 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Google Ads (Search, UAC) and Apple Search Ads (ASA) campaigns
Experience with automation, scripts, and ad platform APIs is a strong plus
Highly analytical and data-driven, comfortable working independently with data to inform strategic and tactical decisions
Proven track record in managing complex, high-spending global search and app programme - ideally within e-commerce, technology, or marketplace environments
Strong communicator with curiosity and ambition to continuously improve. Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
