Responsibilities
Design and planning of comprehensive online campaigns across social media (primarily Meta, TikTok, and YouTube), SEA, SEO, display, and affiliate marketing
Strategic development of our communication channels (e.g., company newsletter, social media channels, and website)
Maintenance and further development of the company website and the CRM system
Planning and management of influencer marketing
Definition and monitoring of relevant KPIs and data analysis (Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, TikTok)
Requirements
University degree in (online) marketing, business administration, economics, media studies, communications, or a related field
Ideally 2 years of professional experience in online marketing/performance marketing
Confident use of common SEA, SEO, and analytics tools, WordPress, and Google Analytics
Native-level experience with major social media platforms and an understanding of platform-specific language, visuals, and trends
Enjoyment in creating and developing creative assets
Ideally, experience in the book and media industry
Team spirit, a hands-on mentality, and a structured approach to work
