Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns (awareness, consideration, performance) such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid channels
Assist in creating reports, tracking KPIs, and analyzing campaign performance
Collaborate with suppliers/agencies and in house Graphic Designer to produce creative materials (e.g., texts, images, videos, landing pages etc.) to support campaigns and ensure consistent branding and messaging
Manage the daily use of social media accounts and website
Coordinate the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of creative assets
Support TikTok campaigns by assisting with content creation, scheduling, and trend monitoring
Assist in identifying, vetting, and coordinating with influencers and brand partners to expand audience reach
Explore the use of AI-powered content tools and LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, generative AI platforms, marketing automation) to streamline content creation and personalization
Oversee, design and development of Website.
Assist in maintaining and updating website content using CMS tools (e.g., WordPress)
Monitor competition - provide ideas and campaigns to stand out
Provide project and administrative support to the Digital Marketing Manager
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in a similar position
Previous experience in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager
Excellent communication skills, strong analytical and data-driven thinking
Creativity and experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Flexibility and adaptability, and ability to work in a dynamic environment
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurements
