  • Provide the best customer service while problem-solving and delivering a "wow" experience
  • Advocate for customers and own issue resolution
  • Handle complaints and escalated situations
  • Guide other associates in solving customer concerns and provide feedback
  • Investigate customer concerns and implement process improvements

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 3 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience
  • At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Preferred: At least 4 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience
  • Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in the Financial Industry
  • Preferred: At least 1 year of Collections experience
