  • Represent clients in criminal defense matters, including trials, hearings, and ALR proceedings.
  • Collaborate with specialized teams and support staff (legal assistants, intake, ALR specialists).
  • Manage client relationships with transparent communication and strong client care.
  • Use technology-driven strategies and process innovation to increase efficiency and deliver better outcomes.
  • Participate in strategic case assignments and travel as needed for court appearances; remote work when not in court.
  • Contribute to firm growth, mentorship, leadership, and specialization opportunities.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in criminal defense - no junior lawyers here.
  • You are a Zealous Advocate - you fight for the best outcome for every single client
  • Located in the Dallas area
