Lead the end-to-end content design strategy for Bumble Date, from concept to launch — defining the tone, language patterns, and content frameworks that make our experiences simple, human, and joyful.
Partner closely with Product Designers, UX Researchers, and Product Managers to shape design direction through language, ensuring every interaction reflects Bumble’s values and supports user goals.
Create and maintain a cohesive content system, including voice, tone, terminology, and accessibility standards, aligned with Bumble’s inclusive design principles.
Use data and user research to validate content choices and continuously refine messaging for clarity, engagement, and trust.
Collaborate with Engineering and Localization teams to scale consistent, high-quality product language globally.
Independently use AI tools for ideation, language testing, and workflow optimization — and champion their ethical, responsible use within the team.

Contribute to the growth of the Content Design discipline at Bumble by mentoring peers and sharing best practices.
Requirements
You’re an experienced content designer, UX writer, or product writer who thrives on collaboration and clarity.
You have a strong portfolio demonstrating impact across complex digital products, ideally within consumer tech, dating, or social connection spaces.
You’re skilled in designing scalable content systems, voice and tone frameworks, and testing content for usability and conversion.
You have experience using Figma and design system tools, as well as familiarity with accessibility and localization best practices.
You’re fluent in leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate content ideation, linguistic testing, or design iteration — always with a focus on human creativity and ethics.
You demonstrate excellent communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills across cross-functional teams.
