About the role
- Senior Consultant for Gesamtbanksteuerung/Risikocontrolling/Risikomanagement in hybrid model at MT-ifs GmbH in Frankfurt. Engaging with banking projects, contributing to risk control, and applying quantitative analysis.
Responsibilities
- Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir mehrere Senior Consultants Gesamtbanksteuerung / Risikocontrolling / Risikomanagement (m/w/d)
- Mitarbeit in verschiedenen Bankprojekten als Fachspezialist, Business Analyst, Tester, Koordinator, Projektleiter, etc.
- Entwicklung von Strategien, Methoden und Prozessen für aktuelle Themenstellungen der Finanzdienstleister
- Unterstützung unserer Kunden zur Einhaltung der aufsichtsrechtlichen Anforderungen, z.B. Recherche, Ausarbeitung, Präsentation und Umsetzung regulatorischer Anforderungen an das Risikocontrolling und an das Risikomanagement im Rahmen von Projektarbeiten (CRD, CRR, IRRBB, MaRisk, ESG, etc.)
- ggf. projektbezogene Datenverarbeitung mit VBA, Excel, Access, SQL, Python, R.
Requirements
- abgeschlossene akademische Ausbildung (Mathematik, Physik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, VWL, BWL etc.)
- mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bankencontrolling oder -Management im Banken- oder Beratungsumfeld
- einen ausgeprägten Sinn für adäquate Aufgaben-Priorisierung
- offen für neue Themen und Leidenschaft für quantitative und analytische sowie regulatorische Fragestellungen
- selbständiges, analytisches und strukturiertes Vorgehen
- ein offenes Wesen und einen freundlichen und verbindlichen Umgang mit Kunden und Kollegen
- ein großes Maß an Teamfähigkeit und Teamorientierung
- sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und mindestens englische Sprachkenntnisse
- idealerweise auch einen sicheren Umgang mit Datenverarbeitung (VBA/Excel, VBA/Access, SQL etc.)
