About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the administration of compensation programs and processes enterprise-wide
- Implement, communicate, and administer company compensation programs to support strategic objectives
- Provide ongoing compensation support to Corporate Office, Divisions, and Subsidiary companies
- Conduct job evaluations and internal equity studies including benchmarking
- Assist in the development and administration of compensation and non-management sales and hourly incentive compensation programs
- Manage client requests and data integrity for report development and documentation of new procedures
- Research compensation best practices and prepare proposals for new programs
- Monitor compensation practices from a legal standpoint to ensure compliance with labor laws
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 4-6 years of relevant experience, or equivalent
- Compensation background providing analysis and job evaluations
- Advanced Proficiency with MS Suite, specifically Excel
- Previous experience or familiarity with HRIS or HCM systems
- Demonstrated knowledge of Fair Labor Standards Act
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to develop effective relationships and partnerships with HR team and business partners within the organization
