About the role

  • Lead the administration of compensation programs and processes enterprise-wide
  • Implement, communicate, and administer company compensation programs to support strategic objectives
  • Provide ongoing compensation support to Corporate Office, Divisions, and Subsidiary companies
  • Conduct job evaluations and internal equity studies including benchmarking
  • Assist in the development and administration of compensation and non-management sales and hourly incentive compensation programs
  • Manage client requests and data integrity for report development and documentation of new procedures
  • Research compensation best practices and prepare proposals for new programs
  • Monitor compensation practices from a legal standpoint to ensure compliance with labor laws

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience, or equivalent
  • Compensation background providing analysis and job evaluations
  • Advanced Proficiency with MS Suite, specifically Excel
  • Previous experience or familiarity with HRIS or HCM systems
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Fair Labor Standards Act
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to develop effective relationships and partnerships with HR team and business partners within the organization
