Lead the administration of compensation programs and processes enterprise-wide
Implement, communicate, and administer company compensation programs to support strategic objectives
Provide ongoing compensation support to Corporate Office, Divisions, and Subsidiary companies
Conduct job evaluations and internal equity studies including benchmarking
Assist in the development and administration of compensation and non-management sales and hourly incentive compensation programs
Manage client requests and data integrity for report development and documentation of new procedures
Research compensation best practices and prepare proposals for new programs
Monitor compensation practices from a legal standpoint to ensure compliance with labor laws
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
4-6 years of relevant experience, or equivalent
Compensation background providing analysis and job evaluations
Advanced Proficiency with MS Suite, specifically Excel
Previous experience or familiarity with HRIS or HCM systems
Demonstrated knowledge of Fair Labor Standards Act
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to develop effective relationships and partnerships with HR team and business partners within the organization
