About the role
- Be the voice of The Beauty Tech Group across Reddit, forums and online communities.
- Build and manage presence on Reddit, forums and online communities, ensuring consistent brand voice and timely responses.
- Develop strategies to grow and engage communities, encouraging advocacy and peer-to-peer support.
- Plan and run customer focus groups to test concepts, gather feedback, and deepen understanding of customer needs.
- Proactively source and manage before & after customer testimonials, ensuring they are authentic, compliant and usable across multiple channels.
- Collect, analyse and present customer insights to the wider business, feeding into product development and brand messaging.
- Collaborate with CRM, social and brand teams to amplify customer stories and surface trends.
- Monitor community sentiment and report on key themes, issues and opportunities.
- Act as an internal advocate for the customer voice, helping the business stay close to what really matters to them.
Requirements
- Experience in community management, customer insights or social engagement roles.
- Hands-on experience managing Reddit, forums, or online communities.
- Skilled at facilitating conversations and moderating discussions in a professional but human way.
- Experience acquiring and curating customer testimonials, case studies or UGC (before & afters a strong plus).
- Strong analytical skills – able to analyse feedback and spot trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with a natural ability to build rapport online and offline.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally, collaborating with marketing, product and customer service teams.
- Organised and proactive.
- A passion for beauty, wellness or consumer brands is a plus.
