Requirements
**WHAT WE NEED**
Bachelor's degree completed – Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related fields
Postgraduate degree or MBA will be considered a differentiator
Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI
Advanced knowledge of SQL is a plus
Solid experience in commercial planning, sales intelligence, or related strategic areas
Highly analytical profile, with expertise in analyzing large volumes of data and building scenarios
Experience with commercial optimization projects and applying AI to business processes
Strong communication and influencing skills, with experience leading projects involving multiple stakeholders
Desirable knowledge of AI tools such as Python, Azure ML, or similar
Ability to work autonomously, with a sense of ownership and a results-oriented focus
