Requirements
- **WHAT WE NEED**
- Bachelor's degree completed – Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related fields
- Postgraduate degree or MBA will be considered a differentiator
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI
- Advanced knowledge of SQL is a plus
- Solid experience in commercial planning, sales intelligence, or related strategic areas
- Highly analytical profile, with expertise in analyzing large volumes of data and building scenarios
- Experience with commercial optimization projects and applying AI to business processes
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with experience leading projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Desirable knowledge of AI tools such as Python, Azure ML, or similar
- Ability to work autonomously, with a sense of ownership and a results-oriented focus
