About the role
- Manage day-to-day cash and FX management and collaborate with team members.
- Funding of group entities and short term investing of excess cash.
- Borrowing under credit facilities/lines-of-credit and execution of internal and external FX transactions.
- Analyze global FX exposures and manage hedging strategies.
- Lead global Treasury projects and drive system improvements.
- Maintain accurate reporting including long-term cash flow forecasts and cash position reporting.
- Serve as primary contact for Cash Management banks and review bank agreements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and controls and update treasury documentation and procedures.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, tax, and shared services teams.
- Coach and support Cash Managers and Treasury Analysts and provide backup support for key Treasury roles.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degree required, ideally in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
- Professional qualifications as CFA or ACT preferred.
- Approximately 6 years of experience in Cash Management and Treasury.
- Knowledge of banking and experience with Treasury Management Systems, preferably SAP Treasury.
- Knowledge of SAP is a must.
- Experience in reviewing bank agreements.
- Knowledge of banking, cash pools, in-house-bank and internal finance structures.
- Experience managing cash flow forecasting and cash position reporting.
- Fluency in English.
