About the role

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute global expansion strategy
  • Lead strategic planning, support market research, analyze expansions, and develop investment plans for hiring and scaling
  • Drive go-to-market strategies by aligning teams across pricing, packaging, and partnerships to develop launch plans and optimize market entry
  • Support legal and regulatory alignment for new markets, ensuring compliance with data residency and other requirements
  • Provide market entry support: guide operational setup and equip ground teams through localization and enablement strategies
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition to support regional hiring, transfers, and onboarding
  • Drive operational readiness for office launches and transition to business-as-usual operations
  • Ensure key stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout expansion processes and hold stakeholders accountable
  • Provide end-to-end project management for global expansion initiatives, including stakeholder management, milestones, data collection, and final delivery
  • Keep documentation updated and maintain processes and procedures
  • Collaborate across the organization to achieve results quickly and efficiently

  • Experience in stakeholder management, project management, and setting/monitoring project milestones
  • Experience supporting market research, analyzing past and potential expansions, and developing investment/hiring plans
  • Experience enabling market entry through localization, operational setup, and enablement strategies
  • Experience supporting regional hiring, transfers, and onboarding processes
  • Familiarity with legal and regulatory alignment for new markets (data residency and compliance)
