Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute global expansion strategy
Lead strategic planning, support market research, analyze expansions, and develop investment plans for hiring and scaling
Drive go-to-market strategies by aligning teams across pricing, packaging, and partnerships to develop launch plans and optimize market entry
Support legal and regulatory alignment for new markets, ensuring compliance with data residency and other requirements
Provide market entry support: guide operational setup and equip ground teams through localization and enablement strategies
Collaborate with talent acquisition to support regional hiring, transfers, and onboarding
Drive operational readiness for office launches and transition to business-as-usual operations
Ensure key stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout expansion processes and hold stakeholders accountable
Provide end-to-end project management for global expansion initiatives, including stakeholder management, milestones, data collection, and final delivery
Keep documentation updated and maintain processes and procedures
Collaborate across the organization to achieve results quickly and efficiently

Experience enabling market entry through localization, operational setup, and enablement strategies
Experience supporting regional hiring, transfers, and onboarding processes
Familiarity with legal and regulatory alignment for new markets (data residency and compliance)
