About the role
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute global expansion strategy
- Lead strategic planning, support market research, analyze expansions, and develop investment plans for hiring and scaling
- Drive go-to-market strategies by aligning teams across pricing, packaging, and partnerships to develop launch plans and optimize market entry
- Support legal and regulatory alignment for new markets, ensuring compliance with data residency and other requirements
- Provide market entry support: guide operational setup and equip ground teams through localization and enablement strategies
- Collaborate with talent acquisition to support regional hiring, transfers, and onboarding
- Drive operational readiness for office launches and transition to business-as-usual operations
- Ensure key stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout expansion processes and hold stakeholders accountable
- Provide end-to-end project management for global expansion initiatives, including stakeholder management, milestones, data collection, and final delivery
- Keep documentation updated and maintain processes and procedures
- Collaborate across the organization to achieve results quickly and efficiently

- Experience enabling market entry through localization, operational setup, and enablement strategies
- Experience supporting regional hiring, transfers, and onboarding processes
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory alignment for new markets (data residency and compliance)
