About the role
- Partner with stakeholders to design and deliver meaningful analytics and dashboards
- Maintain and evolve key datasets and KPIs and enable self-service tools
- Build clear, actionable visualizations using Power BI, Python, or similar tools
- Research and define new metrics and propose innovative data approaches
- Support investigations and strategic initiatives with operations, product, and analytics teams
- Drive insights and build trusted reporting tools for Core Banking and Operations to empower decision-making
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business or risk analytics, ideally in fintech or banking
- Confident in SQL (Databricks, BigQuery)
- Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Metabase) and Python
- Skilled in translating complex requirements into intuitive data solutions
- Independent, proactive, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Python skills for automation, orchestration, or data analysis are a plus
- English (full working proficiency) – must
- Russian (basic working proficiency) – is a plus
