About the role

  • Responsible for maintaining crisis accreditation across multiple accreditation bodies
  • Lead survey preparation and documentation requirements
  • Conduct mock surveys to ensure accreditation readiness
  • Organize policies and practices that align with accreditation standards to ensure accreditation compliance
  • Design and deliver training programs for all crisis teams that promote IRR of evidence-based crisis care practices
  • Provide recommendations for quality improvement studies including selection of valid and reliable indicators
  • Create KPIs to measure crisis performance
  • Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary

Requirements

  • Requires MS/MA degree in behavioral health or related field
  • minimum of 3 years experience in quality improvement and/or behavioral health, risk management and/or utilization review in a managed care setting
  • process improvement experience
  • Independently licensed behavioral health clinician preferred (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, Ph.D., Psy.D., RN)
