Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of Google Ads and Bing Ads SEM campaigns across key global markets
- Conduct keyword research and ad type, bidding, and ad copy optimizations
- Execute A/B experiments to test landing pages, platform features, ad copy, etc.
- Identify opportunities for market and platform expansion, and lead expansion efforts
- Partner with CRO, SEO, Content/Creative, and Data Science to ensure alignment of SEM efforts with overall SMC marketing objectives
- Stay up-to-date on SEM industry trends, evolving AI landscape, technical updates, and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing SEM campaigns, preferably at a tech company or digital agency
- Strong understanding of SEM principles, techniques, and best practices
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and comfort with ambiguity
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Proven track record of driving results and achieving performance goals through SEM initiatives
- Advanced understanding of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other SEM platforms
- Experience with conversion pixels, tag management tools, and server to server integrations
