About the role
- Lead Performance Marketing & Growth for Wellnest, elevating customer experience through data-driven strategies and targeted growth efforts.
Responsibilities
- Strategic leadership and further development of our Performance Marketing team with a clear focus on data-driven growth
- Primary objective: sustainably maximize the utilization of our locations
- Responsible for the key commercial KPIs: utilization, CPO, CAC, revenue, funnel performance, AOV, retention & rebuy
- End-to-end responsibility for the strategic and operational management of all performance marketing channels
- Development and management of the marketing budget, including channel- and location-specific allocation
- Build and enhance data-driven reporting (dashboards, attribution, forecasting)
- Design and execution of growth strategies and systematic experiments for scaling
- Planning and management of location-specific marketing initiatives (pre-opening, ramp-up, mature phase)
- Close collaboration with Creative and Product teams to optimize the entire funnel
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Performance and Growth Marketing with budget responsibility of at least a six-figure amount
- Leadership experience with at least three direct reports
- Industry background in D2C, hospitality, or experience brands is a plus
- Experience gained during a growth phase — startup, scale-up, or agency; internationalization experience is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills (BI tools, attribution, SQL are advantageous)
- Strong hands-on mentality combined with strategic understanding
