About the role

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret complex people data to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Prepare and present clear, compelling reports for senior leadership.
  • Support key HR processes such as performance management, compensation review, headcount planning, and budgeting.
  • Design and maintain impactful dashboards using Power BI and Workday to visualize HR metrics and trends.
  • Automate recurring reports and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance protocols.
  • Collaborate with the Workday team to integrate dashboards into the HRIS infrastructure and improve data quality.
  • Be a part of HR projects focused on process improvement, innovation, and alignment with business goals.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance HR operations (e.g., performance review cycles, hiring, staffing).
  • Partner with global People team members and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Requirements

  • 7–8 years of experience in HR analytics, reporting, or strategic HR roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling) and Workday reporting tools.
  • Deep understanding of HR processes, KPIs, and data structures.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a global, collaborative environment
