About the role

  • Collaborate closely with Digital Marketing business stakeholders to understand analytical needs, KPIs, and strategic objectives
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of media and digital performance data; identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Qlik Sense
  • Develop and implement analytical models (forecasting, attribution, segmentation) to address business challenges
  • Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines to ensure timely, accurate, and reliable data flow using Python and SQL
  • Identify opportunities to enhance data collection, processing, and analysis workflows; implement process improvements
  • Work cross-functionally with data engineers, marketing teams, and other business units; effectively communicate complex findings

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (Preferred: Bachelor of Engineering)
  • Demonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, channels (paid search, social, display, SEO) and metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, CPA, customer Journey, Optimisation)
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Qlik Sense
  • Strong command of Python for data manipulation, analysis, and scripting
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL for querying and managing large datasets
  • Familiarity and hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions)
  • Ability to present complex data and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
