About the role
- Support developing programs and standards enabling the consistent delivery of projects, daily business operations, and other processes, by efficient and effective means.
- Support initiatives to enhance delivery methods and processes, potentially involving short-term projects.
- Work independently to identify tasks and prioritize to support business initiatives and outcomes aligned with key metrics.
- Collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams to understand operations, identify improvement opportunities, and create supporting documentation.
- Prepare information about program progress and outcomes for broader organizational transparency and alignment.
- Contribute to support internal systems to manage documents & assets in alignment with business initiatives and requirements.
- Facilitate workshops to document current state and future state opportunities with participants.
- Develop presentations, workflows, and other standard documents or resources.
- Support Safety, Quality, and Continuous Improvement processes, training, and best practices.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in an analyst or equivalent role, OR 10 or more years relevant experience within professional services, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Prior experience in Quality Management, Continuous Improvement, or Process Documentation a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and products for normal business communication, presentation of information, and collaboration.
- Comfortable working in various settings such as industrial facilities, standard office, and remotely.
- Capable of coaching other team members on the fundamentals of project delivery.
- Manage company standards for deliverables; possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated individual who enjoys a team environment, as well as a passion for collaboration and professional development.
