Lead business process reengineering initiatives to simplify, automate, and optimize finance and operational processes
Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and value stream analysis to identify AI/automation opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Business Units, etc.) to define requirements, manage change, and ensure alignment with business goals
Support the definition and delivery of AI/automation use cases in finance (e.g., invoice processing, financial reporting, forecasting, compliance) and other business functions
Act as a Business Analyst and Project Manager for transformation initiatives, including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on process performance and AI integration outcomes
Participate in vendor selection, solution design, and implementation of AI/automation tools
Support change management and training for finance and other teams during transformation
Document and communicate transformation outcomes and KPIs to leadership
Apply AI tools and prompt engineering to enhance analysis, reporting, and decision-making
Leverage low/no-code AI tools to build and deploy AI-driven solutions for finance and other functional units
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Business Process Management, with at least 2+ years in Business Process Reengineering (BPR) or Process Optimization
2+ years of Business Analysis (BA) and Project Management (PM) experience, preferably in a consulting environment
Proven experience in AI/automation in finance or a strong interest and ability to learn quickly
Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes (e.g., AP/AR, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
Proficiency in AI tools and prompt engineering (e.g., using AI platforms like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or others for data analysis, report generation, and process automation)
Experience with low/no-code AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, Google AutoML, etc.) or willingness to learn quickly
Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Finance/Accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, CMA, ACCA) is a plus
Certification in PMP, CBAP, or Business Process Modeling (BPMN)
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Lean methodologies
Background in Digital Transformation or Finance Automation
Experience in large organizations (10,000+ staff) is a plus
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus
