About the role

Responsibilities
- Use advanced AI tools and methods to create product prototypes and experiences
- Collaborate with product, engineering, strategy, and customers to uncover unmet needs

- Convert user research into compelling prototypes
- Shape trustworthy, user-centered experiences that drive business impact
- Lead design sessions and facilitate cross-functional workshops
- Own outcomes from discovery to shipped experience: research plans, flows, and content
Requirements
- Experience in product design, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing
- Understanding of AI tools and methods
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design rationale and user needs
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work and impact on product outcomes or user experiences
