About the role
- Product Designer designing intuitive experiences for complex organizations at Ardoq. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging user research to create effective product designs.
Responsibilities
- Design the GPS for the world’s most complex organizations
- Act as the critical link between design and engineering, leveraging Figma tokens, variables, and Figma Connect to ensure our design system scales seamlessly
- Lead the design hypotheses and high-fidelity prototyping for complex modules like Dynamic Impact Analysis
- Conduct and synthesize user research to ensure every design choice solves a real customer pain point
- Contribute to a high-performance culture built on mentorship, candid feedback, and collective success
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to align user needs with technical feasibility
- Evolve our shared design system by creating consistent, scalable components
- Engage in feedback cycles and critiques to elevate the quality of the entire team’s output
- Experiment with AI-assisted design workflows to improve efficiency and insight generation
Requirements
- You have a proven track record in product design, ideally within a high-growth SaaS environment
- You are an expert in Figma (variables, tokens) and have a passion for building robust design systems that empower engineering
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy the challenge of building from the ground up
- You can translate complex architectural ideas into clear, actionable design plans for stakeholders at all levels.
