About the role

Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the CPTO, VP Engineering, and Product Leads to drive execution across multiple squads building our Experience, Data, and AI platforms.
- Transform ambiguity into clarity, ensuring epics, tickets, and dependencies are understood and deliverable.
- Own sprint hygiene, velocity reporting, and delivery health with the same rigour as code review.
- Champion continuous improvement: from release retros to OKR tracking, you’ll be the connective tissue between product vision and shipped software.
- Operate with a builder mindset: automate what’s repetitive, simplify what’s complex, and elevate what’s possible
Requirements
- Deep practical experience delivering complex, multi-squad products in high-growth or regulated tech environments (health, fintech, deep-tech preferred).
- Mastery of Agile and Lean delivery methods, but applied with pragmatism not dogma.
- Technical curiosity: you can read GitHub issues, JIRA boards, and even lightweight code changes.
- Calm under pressure, detail-driven, and outcome-obsessed.
- You think like an engineer, deliver like a COO, and communicate like a founder.
