Responsibilities

- Begleitung und Optimierung von PI-Plannings und Durchführung von Change-Maßnahmen.
- Einführung und Monitoring von Metriken & Reporting (Flow Time, Efficiency, SLA-Erfüllung).
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL o. ä.) oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
- Zertifizierung als SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) oder Release Train Engineer (RTE) zwingend erforderlich
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im SAFe-Kontext mit Schwerpunkt Full SAFe, Solution- und ART-Aufbau
- Tiefes Verständnis agiler Methoden (Scrum, Kanban, OKR)
- Versierter Umgang mit Atlassian-Toolchain (Jira, Confluence)
- Starke Moderations- und Coaching-Skills in klassisch geprägten Konzernumfeldern
- Hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, lösungsorientiertes Denken
