- Identify and remove organizational impediments
- Optimize our agile tools, methods, processes, and practices
- Coach development teams and leadership to foster a culture of openness, autonomy, and accountability
- Support our developer teams in inspecting and improving their processes
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, a related field, or equivalent qualification
- At least 7 years of professional experience applying agile methods and supporting self-organizing teams (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- At least 3 years of professional experience in software development, DevSecOps, or IT operations
- Advanced experience with Atlassian products
- Certification in Agile Coaching or Scrum Master (PSM, CSM, SAFe Agilist, ICE-AC, etc.)
- Experience building customer- and outcome-oriented high-performance teams
- Business-fluent German and English
