About the role

  • Project Manager overseeing project delivery at Kyndryl with a focus on Agile methodologies and client collaboration. Managing schedules, budgets, and team activities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Kyndryl Project Managers oversee the delivery of major projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • You will be constructing detailed project plans, managing teams, and leading meetings, status calls, and planning and cadence meetings.
  • You will analyze and mitigate risks, manage finances, ensure the team has the right skills, plan and delegate activity to hit deadlines, deliver on SLAs, and delight clients.
  • You will practice continuous structural thinking and take ownership for value delivery, not just task scheduling.
  • Communication is 90% of the job, being the single point of contact with clients, partners, and all stakeholders, supporting their needs.
  • You will also develop strong partnerships with the client and other teams.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years experience delivering IDAM projects and Business Analysis in the IDAM space in an Agile environment.
  • Have good knowledge of IDAM concepts and solutions - Azure AD, AD, Okta, G-Suite
  • Experience of SSO implementations including SAML/OpenID integrations.
  • Experience of working with global teams in large scale, high complexity environments.
  • Experience in managing complex technical and operational initiatives using enterprise PM tools, including Atlassian (Jira/Confluence) and ServiceNow.
  • Skilled in structuring project backlogs, sprint planning, release tracking, workflow governance, and ensuring delivery discipline across global, cross-functional team.
  • Strong background collaborating with Security Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams on initiatives involving identity, access governance, and secure solution delivery.
  • Proficient in conducting compliance reviews, documenting audit evidence, coordinating with CISO/Cyber teams, and ensuring adherence to corporate policies, security charters, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experienced in identifying gaps, defining compensating controls, and supporting remediation activities for audit findings.
  • SCRUM or Project Management skills.
  • Basic TI knowledge (architectural).
  • Organization and planning skills.
  • Teamwork with “one team” philosophy.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal – OR OTHER RELEVANT LANGUAGE, AS NEEDED).
  • MS Project or other Project Management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders of all levels.
