About the role
- Grow profit by closing CPM and flat deals, attracting new advertisers, and expanding existing partnerships using innovative tools and technologies
- Achieve individual sales targets and project KPIs
- Maintain close communication with partners and establish contacts for long-term collaboration
- Manage advertiser accounts and respond promptly to ensure service satisfaction
- Represent Adsession at international conferences and trade shows to attract new partners
- Maintain accurate reporting and keep data in accordance with project standards
- Collaborate with the project team and other departments
- Support company expansion and strengthen market position
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Advertiser Manager
- Experience with CPM, CPC and flat deal (mandatory)
- Proven experience in the entertainment industry
- Hands-on experience with Ad-Server platforms
- Proficient in ad formats: pop-ups, interstitials, roll-ups, banners, native ads, tabs, and video sliders
- Strong communication skills in an international environment
- Self-motivated, out of box thinking, focus on results and analytical mindset
- English B2
