About the role

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and team members, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and team-building events, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders and ensuring timely delivery to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, screening calls and emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate parties.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives and projects.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy access to important documents.
  • Assist with budget planning and expense tracking to support financial management efforts.

Requirements

  • Advanced English proficiency
  • 4+ years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting senior management.
